It's a single model unit, that means it doesn't obstruct lines of sight. (Gelt also gets additional damage skill).
There's a skill that gives it (and demigryphs) a 15% ward save. (Each attack always does one damage though) Meaning you can get very close to the 'magic' 200, which means almost entirely immune to non AP. But there's tech for more (+15 IIRC?) and Gelt's faction bonus for +10 (and his lord skill for +9) and spells on top (potentially). It has a lot of armour - 160 base is a minimum of 80% DR vs.
